What is included in my Halo Wash Club Membership?
Membership offers access to all our wash facilities including our automated self-loading wash tunnel, self-serve vacuum stalls, and custom mat washers at all Halo Car Wash® locations.
Where can I purchase my Membership?
Memberships can be purchased online by clicking here or at any Halo Car Wash® location. It’s quick and easy and shouldn’t take longer than 5 mins of your time.
How can I pay for my Membership?
Membership is an auto renewal program that requires a credit card to administer. We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, we do offer 3-month prepaid memberships that can be purchased using a debit card.
When will I be billed for my Membership?
The day you sign up becomes your monthly billing date.
What do I do if I have an issue with my Membership?
Track down a Halo Wash Associate at any of our locations and they will be happy to help. You can also contact us here.
Can I use my Membership at any of your Halo Car Wash® location?
Absolutely! You can wash your vehicle at any of our locations. We’ll be sure to notify you as we open new locations near you.
Can I use my Membership with more than one vehicle?
The Membership is specific to the vehicle you register.
Can I switch Membership levels?
Absolutely! Just track down a Halo Associate on site and ask to have your Membership level changed. Any change will take effect at the beginning of the next pay cycle.
How can I update my payment information?
You may cancel your membership by clicking here. Alternatively, you can update your card at any Halo Car Wash® location. Track down any Halo Associate and they’ve be happy to help.
Can I transfer my Membership to a different vehicle?
Yes you can! Track down a Halo Associate at your nearest locations to transfer your Membership to a different vehicle.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You may cancel your membership by clicking here. There are no long-term commitments with any Membership and the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Will I receive a refund after I cancel my plan?
We do not offer refunds however there are no long-term commitments beyond your current billing period. Your Membership remains active until the day before your next billing date.
